We apply tar on pavement and new grounds. We start by taking out grass , after that we put weed killer to kill the coming grass. Then we compact the ground
with bomag to make it strong , the time we compact we pour water. After that we put gravel and compact it. We then put stable to make the ground strong and attach with gravel. We end apply hot tar and compact it with bomag again to make it smooth.
